Basa55 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the basa55 platform and all its services. "basa55", "we", and "our" refer to basa55.app and its operating entity. "You" or "Member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

By using the basa55 website or app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on basa55:

Basa55 is a platform exclusively for adults. The following conditions must be met:

• The minimum age to create an account and use any of our services is 18 Years।
• A national ID or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated immediately.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.

The following rules apply when making deposits to basa55:

• Deposits will only be refunded to the same payment method used.
• There are no deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• If your deposit hasn't been credited, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Deposits from third-party bank or mobile banking accounts are not accepted.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from basa55:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–72 hours. During peak hours, processing may take slightly longer.

Basa55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x). Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Welcome Bonus: Available on the first deposit only. Each member is eligible to receive this once.
• Reload Bonus: Available up to a set amount per week.
• Cashback: Awarded every Monday. Forfeited funds or bonus money are not counted toward this.
• Basa55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., hedging, fake betting), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all members while playing on basa55:

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be changed once accepted.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Basa55 reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be counted as 1.0 odds.

Casino & Slots

• Each game has its own RTP and rules, displayed within the game itself.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome for any bet, that bet may be voided.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa55:

1. Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through the platform.
2. Bots or Automated Software: Using any software to gain an unfair advantage in games.
3. Collusion: Multiple players colluding to manipulate the outcome of a game.
4. Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms for profit.
5. Third-Party Payment: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account.
6. Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
7. False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity.

If you are found engaging in any prohibited activity, basa55 reserves the right to terminate your account, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action without prior notice.

In compliance with Bangladesh's financial security laws and international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines, basa55 verifies the identity of all members.

The following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo — holding your ID card, taken in clear lighting.
• Proof of payment method (where applicable)
• Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill — if required)

Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Basa55 may close or suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team in writing. Please withdraw all valid balances before closure.

Inactive Account: An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no transactions. After 24 months, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance.

Basa55 makes every effort to provide a safe and seamless experience. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Basa55 is not responsible for internet outages, power failures, or issues with your device.
• Basa55 is not liable for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to essential maintenance.
• Basa55 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming — all gaming activity carries inherent risk.

Basa55 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via email or platform notice for any significant changes.
• Updated terms take effect from the date of change.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• You may close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms.
